Cities around the world will be competing to see who can make the most observations of nature, find the most species, and engage the most people in the 2019 City Nature Challenge. Thanks to your participation Berlin had the most participants throughout Europe. Thousands of people from across the globe will get outside to look for nature in their cities! Will your city win?

Use the app Naturblick to collect and share your observations. Several tools are combined in the app that allows users to identify species. They include an automated recognition tools to identify plants, trees and birds, digital guides to identify birds, mammals, amphibians, reptiles, butterflies, trees, herbs and wild flowers. Learn more about species and those they can be confused with and other facts worth knowing. Listen to animal sounds.
