Press release,

Due to the great success and positive feedback, the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin supports the dialogue between scientists and students of the Fridays for Future every Friday until further notice. Encouraged by the pupils' commitment to a future worth living and climate protection, the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin invites all those interested to exchange views with scientific experts on current issues and the themes suggested by the young people, such as climate change and biodiversity loss, agricultural change, energy system transformation and alternative mobility, on the coming Fridays from 1.30 pm to 6 pm. Free admission during this period is available upon presentation of the student ID card.

"Scientists support the pupils, as the responsibility must not lie solely on the shoulders of the young generation. We learn a lot from and in these dialogues and open ourselves to this debate together with many scientific partners. The Museum für Naturkunde Berlin is a suitable forum for broadly discussing questions of climate, nature and environmental protection for a sustainable future," says Johannes Vogel, Director General of the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin.
