The Facility Management service unit ensures that buildings, laboratories and technical installations function reliably. It is responsible for maintenance, capital expenditure planning and the operation of security and fire safety systems, and coordinates collaboration with external specialist contractors. A particular focus is placed on the management of the listed museum building.
