As Head of IETI at Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, I lead the strategic development, coordination, and management of the IETI project, including team leadership, project governance, funding, partnerships, and the IETI Hub for Research Impact. My work focuses on leading and conducting action research and participatory processes on institutional change, culture change, and impact management, and on translating research findings into frameworks, publications, and capacity-building activities that strengthen research impact and public engagement.
