Lead Department

- As head of the “Research and Innovation” department, I am responsible for the strategic development and further development of collection-related research in the “Future of the Collection” research area. - As co-director of the Center for Humanities of Nature, I develop interdisciplinary and international research and knowledge transfer projects on the history of the collections. - As a board member of ICOM NATHIST and representative at ICOM Germany as well as in the Natural Science Museums section of the German Museum Association, I am committed to the networking and internationalization of the Museum of Natural History in the museum sector.
