As a project manager in the Human Resources service unit, I support the management and further development of central HR projects at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin. My professional focus is on the analysis, conception, digitization and optimization of human resources processes as well as the interfaces to IT, administration and museum management. In addition, I am the technical contact person for the employees of SE Personal and support the HR management on behalf of the HR management in organizational and personnel law issues. I am part of the “Welcome Culture” working group and, together with colleagues, I shape the further development of onboarding formats at the museum – from the welcome folder to the digital provision of central information to networking offers for new employees. I also participate in the KI-AG and work on the practical testing and responsible use of AI applications in everyday work.
