As technical lab manager of the microprobe laboratory, I am responsible for routine measurements, the organisation of laboratory operations, and the further development of analytical methods. In my scientific work, I focus on the formation and cooling history, as well as the ore mineralisation, of layered intrusions. In addition, I study melt generation processes during impact crater formation.
