As Director General, I am responsible for leading the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin. Together with the Managing Director we oversee strategy, communication & change management. Other main tasks include advocacy and representation of the museum, developing (inter-) national partnerships, national & international scientific and cultural policy & , fundraising & mentoring & fostering leadership (internally & externally).
