Julia Kalaji MSc

I am a project coordinator at the Environmental Education Coordination Office in Mitte. In this project, we make educational opportunities on topics such as nature, environment, climate, and sustainability more accessible for you and for everyone. We connect providers and users and support green learning spaces. For us, the city and nature belong together. That’s why we serve as a mediating and activating interface, building a broad network with educational stakeholders, representatives from public administration, civil society organizations, associations, and interested individuals. Together, we aim to advance sustainable, ecological, and socially responsible projects for a livable future in the district.

The Museum für Naturkunde Berlin is the supporting institution of the coordination office. As part of the Education and Outreach team, I help expand collaboration between the museum and the district’s educational landscape.
