I am a project coordinator at the Environmental Education Coordination Office in Reinickendorf. In this project, we work to make educational opportunities on topics such as nature, environment, climate, and sustainability more accessible for you and for everyone. We connect providers and users and support green learning spaces. For us, the city and nature belong together. That’s why we act as a mediating and activating interface, building a broad network with educational stakeholders, representatives from public administration, civil society organizations, associations, and interested individuals. Together, we aim to advance sustainable, ecological, and socially responsible projects for a livable future in the district.
The Museum für Naturkunde Berlin is the supporting institution of the coordination office. As part of the Education and Outreach team, I help to expand collaboration between the museum and the district’s educational landscape.
Education on nature, the environment, climate and sustainability in the Reinickendorf district is coordinated by the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin – for schools, nurseries and other educational institutions.
