Vita

I am a cultural strategist, international program lead and advocate for inclusive institutional transformation. With over a decade of experience across cultural institutions, socio-ecological urban development, and social enterprise, I currently head TheMuseumsLab based at Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, an international joint learning platform fostering equitable collaboration between African and European museum professionals. My work centers on diversity-oriented organizational development, science diplomacy, and rethinking power dynamics in global partnerships. Previously, as Deputy Equal Opportunities Officer at Museum für Naturkunde, I advanced structural inclusion and representation within the institution. Alongside my work in the cultural sector, I am a trained forest educator, designing inclusive outdoor programs that broaden access for communities historically underrepresented in the outdoors. I am committed to shaping intersectional, justice-oriented cultural practice and am currently deepening my leadership through a Professional Master’s in Governance and Human Rights at Leuphana University, a program recognized by the UN OHCHR. I studied Cultural Theory and History at Humboldt University Berlin, Germany and the University of the Western Cape, Cape Town, South Africa.
