I work as a financial accountant and am primarily responsible for accounts payable accounting. My central tasks include processing business trip and training applications, including careful review and monitoring of all relevant deadlines. I am also responsible for credit reminders and monitor open items and advances. Another part of my work is processing reimbursement applications and creating payment instructions, taking into account the applicable internal guidelines and legal requirements. In addition to day-to-day operational business, I actively participate in the optimization and further development of internal processes. In particular, I support the revision of existing processes, for example in the area of business trips and reimbursement applications, with the aim of continuously improving efficiency, transparency and user-friendliness.
Further information
I have been working as an evacuation assistant at the museum since 2025. In this responsible role, I support the safety of visitors and staff. In the event of an emergency, I ensure that the building is cleared in an orderly and quiet manner and that everyone can get outside safely. I work closely with my colleagues and the emergency services. It is important to me to keep a cool head in such situations and to ensure safety and orientation.
