I work as a Postdoc and try to understand extraterrestrial surfaces and their evolution by means of geological remote sensing and reflectance spectroscopy. In doing so, I furthermore compare remote sensed data with laboratory analogs and use analytical mineralogical methods to understand the materials properties.
