Support for accessibility and inclusive working conditions

The Representative Body for Employees with Severe Disabilities (SBV) advocates for the interests of employees with disabilities and provides support on issues relating to accessibility, workplace design and equality. It also offers advice on health-related limitations as well as on topics such as recruitment, inclusive working conditions and events.

The aim is to further develop an inclusive working and exhibition environment at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin. The work is based on the legal provisions of Book IX of the Social Code.
