Representing the interests of PhD students and postdocs

The Early Career Researchers (ECRs) representative body advocates for the interests of PhD students and postdocs at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin. It represents their concerns to the General Directorate and other committees, and works to ensure good working conditions and a supportive working environment.

The ECR Representative is the point of contact for questions, concerns and challenges in day-to-day work. It also organises regular networking events and connects early-career researchers within the Museum.
