Ich bin Professor für Integrative Biodiversitätsentdeckung am Museum für Naturkunde Berlin und Leiter des Zentrums für Integrative Biodiversitätsentdeckung. Ich leite ein Forschungsprogramm, das robotergestützte Bildgebung, maschinelles Lernen und Nanoporen-Sequenzierung integriert, um die Entdeckung neuer Arten und die Überwachung der Biodiversität, insbesondere von hyperdiversen Wirbellosen, zu beschleunigen.
