How is nature sexualised? How do researchers find out the sex of a dinosaur? What does colonialism have to do with botany and gender in plants? What and whose knowledge is (re-)presented in the Natural History Museum - and what remains hidden?

The 90-minute guided tour ‘Queering Nature’ focusses on a queer-historical view of nature and science and answers the above-mentioned questions during the joint observation of, for example, a hippopotamus, polar bear or Tyrannosaurus rex.
