International Museum Day takes place on 19 May! The aim of the day of action is to draw attention to the thematic diversity of the more than 6,500 museums in Germany and worldwide.
Marvel at the diversity of evolution with more than 3,000 specimens on our biodiversity wall, learn more about the origins of our universe, or travel back in time in our special exhibition "DINOSAURS!" with the Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton Tristan Otto.
Event information
- Free admission. No tickets need to be booked.
- Please allow for some waiting time at the entrance.
- Please note that only bags and backpacks smaller than A4 may be taken into the exhibition.
