What do everyday objects and personal memories tell us about environmental change? Which personal items reflect the human impact on nature for you? Contribute your object and your story to better understand the change in the environment and the challenges of the future!

We would kindly like to invite you and your object to the museum, have a look backstage and exclusively test our participative, digital platform on environmental changes! During the workshop on June 8th 2022, 3-6 pm you will have the chance to digitize your object and get to know our platform ahead of time. Join us in being the first to be part of the digital collection!

Which objects are we looking for?

Any object or document that,

  • in your eyes, tells us something about the changes in our environment,
  • originates from the past
  • and has a personal connection to you.

Do you already have an idea? All you have to do is decide on an object and sign up. In the workshop, you will be presenting your object and its story to the other participants. Afterwards we will be digitizing the objects together and develop metadata like labels and tags.
