Please note that bags and backpacks (larger than A4) cannot be taken into the exhibitions and must be handed in at the cloakroom.
A cost-free cloakroom and restrooms for visitors can be found in the lower floor of the Museum für Naturkunde (right staircase).
Individual visitors can also use the lockers in the entrance area of the museum for a deposit of € 1.00.
If you are visiting the museum with a group, please register at the infocounter of the museum. Here, you will receive a key for a group locker in the picnic room.
