Fourth Global Day of Climate Action

No climate without nature and vice versa: For the next Global Climate Crisis on November 29, we will be opening the museum free of charge for all visitors all day long. The program was created in collaboration with Fridays For Future. In the mornings and afternoons activists will inform about their demands while Artists for Future will be presenting art projects. Furthermore, the following program items are planned:

  • 9:40 am, Experimental Field: Workshop with discussion on the subject of climate change: "How to break a planet: what happened in historical mass extinctions and what we can learn from it."
    Dr. Richard Hofmann, scientist at the Museum of Natural History Berlin
  • 11 am, main portal: All those interested can join Fridays For Future activists on their way to the official rally at the Brandenburg Gate
  • 4 pm, Experimental Field: Museum Salon - two researchers discussing questions from the audience about the ecological crisis
  • 5 pm, Experimental Field: "The strike from the beginning": Photo show with Luisa Neubauer and other activists of Fridays For Future
