  • I am doing my Master in Organismic Biology and Evolution at the Humboldt-Universität Berlin. My main interests are palaeontology, evolution and functional morphology of vertebrates. I did my Bachelors Project at the Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle in Paris, on the Project “Avineck- A neck for birds an arm for robots”. Mainly I worked with the parrot as an example of how strongly birds can use their neck. Last summer, I attended the Palaeontology Field School in Switzerland organized by the Jurassica Museum and the Università degli Studi di Firenze. Currently, I work on the research project “Evolution of inner cranial morphology in muroid rodents”. With the help of CT-Scans and 3D-Data, I examine the inner bone anatomy of rodent skulls.
