Educational programmes in the museum, in nature and digitally

At the start of the school year, the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin will once again be offering guided tours for school classes and selected workshops for primary and nursery school groups. Kitas and primary schools can also borrow the "Jura Adventure Box", a mobile museum case, free of charge.

The digital offer has also been expanded: In the new video series Naturwissen ("Knowledge of nature"), scientific topics are vividly conveyed to children and young people, and in the successful podcast series Beats & Bones and Süßes oder Saurier ("Trick or T. rex"), experts from the museum answer questions about the diversity of nature. The various digital formats and creative materials for downloading can be used for digital teaching, but also for preparing or following up museum visits and for research.

All current events and educational offers can be found on the museum's website. Appointments for groups, such as guided tours, workshops and further education, can be booked with four weeks' notice.
