Four years ago, the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin began its collaboration with the Wedding Brunnenviertel and neighbourhood management schemes at Brunnenviertel Ackerstrasse and Brunnenviertel Brunnenstrasse to foster the education of disadvantaged children.
The educational projects for nursery and primary school children were developed by the project partners and funded by the Bundesverband Museumspädagogik e.V. (Federal association for museum education) as part of the Kultur macht stark (culture makes you strong) scheme. On July 10th, a big celebratory party will be held in the Dinosaur Hall and all children, their families and project partners are invited.
