Pollinator Pathmaker

A vacation day at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin begins on the museum's forecourt: Pollinator Pathmaker is a living artwork by artist Alexandra Daisy Ginsberg, designed not for the human eye but for pollinating insects. It invites us to look at the world from the pollinators' point of view while offering a way to help protect them.

The Pollinator Pathmaker team invites you to wander together through the new garden on the Museum's forecourt and observe the first pollinators in action. The project will be presented in its entirety and questions about insects, pollination and bee-friendly gardens will be answered.

Live speakers answer questions about insects, pollination and bee-friendly gardens, explain the creation and implementation of the Pollinator Pathmaker garden as a work of art.

  •  07/11 & 07/25/2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  •  Without registration

As part of the Pollinator Pathmaker project, we invite families and children ages six and up to a 3-hour workshop to learn all about insects in the city, pollination, and bee-friendly gardens.
