Exploring the museum on your own

There are various materials available for children and families to explore the museum and the exhibition areas on their own. Our discovery sheets, the museum rallies and much more are available here.

Open museum studio in the microscopy centre

Colorful butterflies, impressive bird wings, ancient fossils, a dinosaur jaw cast - the museum invites you to discover interesting, mysterious, beautiful and surprising museum objects with your hands. Explore them under the microscope and sharpen your own eye by sketching with a pencil.
This offer is intended for visitors of all ages.
Artistic concept: Caspar Pauli.
