Berlin's masterful taxidermists
The taxidermy team of the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin repeatedly proved the high quality of its work at the 12th European Taxidermy Championship from 20 to 27 September 2021 in Budapest. Out of six exhibits presented, five received awards in the upper point segment. The black-throated laughingthrush (Garrulax chinensis) of taxidermist Jürgen Fiebig became "Third of Europe" in the category "Birds".
