Every month, the Writing Workshop provides an insight into a new area of research or a collection behind the scenes of the museum under a different lead. Participants use creative writing as an opportunity to develop new perspectives on the research and collections of the Museum für Naturkunde. The writing training also provides impulses for creative engagement with scientific topics and collection objects. The writing workshop takes place every month - always tuesdays from 4 - 6 PM.
A selection of the resulting texts was presented at the summer night reading in August (only in German) Sommernachtslesung. Furthermore, we present the results of a postcard collaboration between the participants of the January 2021 Writing Workshop.
