A workshop by and with the artist Aline Schwörer.

Collecting, assembling, archiving - aspects that reflect scientific and artistic practice. Found objects are taken from their "natural" environment and thus acquire a value; they become collectors' objects, artworks. In the workshop, we let our eyes wander, explore Pollinator Pathmaker, a garden artwork for pollinators on the museum's forecourt, as well as the immediate surroundings, and look out for things that we subsequently preserve in epoxy resin and add to our own private collection.

The perception of our environment in an urban and hectic environment is the first and at the same time most important step for the creation of art.
