Company health management
Adding more movement to our working days As part of the museum's commitment to promoting health, we took part in the "PiNA" prevention pilot project run by the German Pension Insurance Berlin-Brandenburg from October 2023 to January 2024. The prevention programme included a medical check-up, health coaching sessions as well as training and exercise sessions with focus on nutrition, exercise and relaxation. We organized three “health days” (initial, pusher and refresher days) with a prevention coach for two training groups on site at the museum.

It was a sight as unusual as it was spectacular: In the Dinosaur Hall of the Museum für Naturkunde at the end of January 2024, players who had accepted the invitation of the Netzwerk Naturwissen were sitting at illuminated tables like islands of light in lively conversation.
